A complete compact professional OTG Unit, suitably designed for semi-commercial / catering / domestic uses for making pizza, breads, confectionary, continental food & all type of baking, grilling, roasting. The outer body will be made from Stainless Steel Sheet with aluminum inner chamber having radiation plate at bottom for proper heat distribution. Complete with heavy duty open coil high temperature resistant heating elements, individual rotary control switch for top & Bottom Heater for three heat control (Low – Medium – High), common thermostat, neon lamp, supply cord etc.
