Industrial Idly Cooking Plant (Gas or Electric): - Suitable designed for industrial / commercial uses and works on Low Pressure Steam System. Separate Steam Generator is provided underneath the top chambers to supply steam from heavy gauge Mild Steel to withstand the pressure of the steam. Suitably designed Aluminium Trays and Aluminum Drip Trays are provided inside the chamber for preparing bulk Idly at a time within 7 - 10 minutes.. Apart from Idly this Equipment can also be used as Steamer for Vegetable, Egg, Mutton etc. The underneath Steam Generation produces Low Pressure Steam. Complete with Float Assembly for automatic water supply (also SS funnel with stop cock provided for water supply), Water Level Gauge Glass, Blow Down Valve, Steam Outlet, Pressure Meter, Safety Valve, Emergency Water Supply etc.

For Electrical model:  415 / 440 Volts, 3 Phase, AC Supply.

For Gas Models: Fitted with reputed LP Gas Burner.
