A complete compact professional OTG Unit, suitably designed for commercial / catering / domestic uses for making pizza, breads, confectionery, continental food & all types of baking, grilling, roasting. The outer body will be made from Stainless Steel Sheet with an aluminium inner chamber having a radiation plate at the bottom for proper heat distribution. Complete with heavy-duty open-coil high-temperature resistant heating elements, individual rotary control switch for top & Bottom Heater for three heat control (Low – Medium – High), common thermostat, neon lamp, supply cord.
