Industrial Hood Type Dishwasher

The Hood dishwasher is packed with features such as a 40 cm hood opening, a wash tank configuration that permits washing of gastronorm and euronorm trays, and a special 22-plate 50 x 50 wire rack that boosts theoretical productivity to around 1000 plates/hour. It features a fully moulded tank with a ProStrain integral light composite material surface strainer, particularly resistant to impact and chemical attack. With a double filter on the wash pump suction, it can be installed in a corner without the need for modifications or additional elements.

ProStainer:

ProStainer integral surface strainers are made of high-tech materials, are lighter than conventional steel filters and more resistant to chemical attack and impacts. They do not lose their shape or efficiency even if shaken or banged during cleaning, as opposed to former metal filters, which tend to bend and deform, losing their filtering capacity, in a short time.

Pro Glide Hood:

The hood slides smoothly on anti-friction guides and is activated by a system of levers, without buckling or jamming if the handle is grasped from a corner. The weight of the hood is counter-balanced, and the lifting force is reduced to a mere 3 kg, thus reducing operator fatigue and increasing productivity. The hood is of the double skin insulated type to reduce heat and noise emissions.
